What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first step when working with new customers is communicating with them. Having the details of the move sorted prior to starting not only gives customers more assurance but also helps the move flow smoothly since everything has been accounted for. This will save time and in turn, save the customers money!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most of the team at All-Star Moving are all college educated. Along with this, everyone at All-Star moving has several years of moving experience. Any new members who join the team will work closely with our seasoned pros to assure the best quality service for the customer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

All-Star Moving started with a group that wanted to give customers the full extent of what a great move can be; a 5-star experience each and every time. We not only want the move itself to be great, but we want every aspect of the process to be great along the way. From customer service, to our simple pricing breakdown, to the move itself.

Having had several years of experience between all of our members, we have worked in many different environments with many different people.
