What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers should know that we have fair pricing and can work with any budget. We don't start charging you until we arrive at your home. We want to be as transparent as we can be, so below are some discounts and fees that you'll see included in your estimate. - No truck fee charge if the service is a small 1 bedroom apartment. - If available, used boxes will be discounted at half price. - $60 fuel charge fee (within 30 miles). - Return home driving time fee (depending on your distance) - Material usage fee (depending on the magnitude of the service). 2 hours minimum charge .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, the most important factor to us is communication. We want to make sure you are getting beyond the service you requested. We respect and acknowledge you and want to provide the best service possible. This is what we aspire not only with our new customers but also with our former clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Prior to starting my business, I worked for over 15 years with another moving company. I have plenty of experience and made sure I learned every aspect of the moving process.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for the moving industry over 20 years ago. I started like anyone else, from the bottom of the spectrum. I kept working in the same field because I truly enjoyed the whole aspect of the moving process. Specifically the part of being in the process of someone's new life experience. When someone decides to pack and move it always seems to be part of a growing action for them and their family. That alone provides me with great fulfillment. Eventually, I ventured out and fulfill my long-time goal of opening my own moving company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

It has been a pleasure to have worked with every kind of person imaginable. This has allowed me to understand and learn how to deal with different scenarios and requests.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every project that I have been able to be a part of, I am fond of. Each client had a unique reason and goal and my objective was to accomplish that for them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise a customer to look for a provider that connects with their mindset. Someone who will perform and accomplish THEIR goal and understand how important it is to them to complete their request in an efficient and professional manner.

In my experience, here are some questions customers should ask before talking to professionals. - How responsible are you with time? - How will my items be transferred, will they be covered with blankets and/or plastic wrap? - When do you start charging for services? - Will there be any additional hidden costs? - If something breaks or gets damaged on the move, will you reimburse me or replace the item?
