We want our customers to know that our pricing is not the lowest, but it is always honest and transparent. We do not add in hidden fees or charges when the move is completed. We do not low ball estimates to improve our chances of booking a lead. Our prices reflect the quality of service we provide. You can see this quality for yourself in our reviews!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Obtain all details of a perspective client’s upcoming move. 2. Provide them with a quote and answer any questions he or she may have about the move or about our company. 3. Schedule the move, create the invoice and bill of lading. 4. Send the client pre-move tips that help ensure an efficient and stress-free move. 5. Execute the move.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise anyone looking to hire a professional moving service to make sure the company they choose is properly licensed and insured to complete their move. I would also advise them to look into prior work the company has done as well as their reviews to ensure they are reliable and professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would advise customers to figure out the details of their move before consulting with professionals. These details include but are not limited to: Do we want the company to pack / unpack our items ? Do we have a complete and accurate inventory list ? If not, do we need to have a company do an in-home estimate. Do we have any specialty items that some professional moving companies may not move? (Pianos, Safes, Pool tables, etc. ) Are our moving dates set ? The answers to these questions will aid in selecting the right moving service.
