What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I based all my prices off me working alone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Greet them, treat them with respect. Understand their job request and then give them a reasonable price for their needs. I also ensure them that everything will be wrapped and protected in blankets.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been doing moving and delivery for the past 5 years. So, I’ve been trained and hit the gym for a while.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I decided to work at Rent-A- Center, when I graduated high school. Ever since then, I fell in love with delivering items and moving customers homes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Elders, every family I’ve worked with has been nice and respectful.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A customer had me to rearrange a 10x30 storage unit that was filled with boxes and furniture. We took all the boxes out, and put it in a separate unit.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not everyone ensures customer satisfaction, prices are high , and some people don’t take pride in their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many items do I actually have ?Is everything organized and ready to go?
