Fare and reasonable fees - discounts for repeat customers . Prices are generally below most comps.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

More than happy to talk about potential job over the phone if possible to discuss all aspects of job . Discuss the job in detail as well as expectations. Discussion of price and payment method is important prior to arrival . Being punctual is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to me .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Years of handyman work and experience. I’m also a licensed social worker in the state of SC so I have a true passion for helping people.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been interested in helping others and handywork. I decided to combine my passion and skills and create a business!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve run the gamut with customers. All ages and all needs and all sorts of projects .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project would be a bar I did for a customer . There are a few photos in my library. It looked awesome!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions and research who is coming into your home. Make sure pictures of their work are available. Read reviews!!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is cheaper always better . Meaning, just bc someone offers a lower price, you could sacrifice quality of work . Think about the cost of your item (s) and understand that a quality assembly has a correlation with longevity.
