Bree's journey as an artist began in her early years, and her passion for painting has been a guiding force throughout her life. Her artistic journey started when her parents granted her the creative freedom to transform her room into a canvas, and she chose to paint it with vibrant murals. Over time, Bree's artistic interests evolved, leading her to explore the joys of teaching others the art of painting while engaging in large-scale mural projects. Her educational background is diverse, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Occupational Therapy from Baylor University and a Master's degree in teaching, earned through her studies at the University of Texas at Arlington and La Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Throughout her college years, Bree continued to nurture her love for art by showcasing her creations in intimate venues, cafes, and boutiques. Following her graduation, she embarked on a new chapter in Spain, where she not only honed her teaching skills but also delved deeper into the world of language and the arts. Upon her return to her native Texas, Bree shared her passion for both Spanish and art with her students while pursuing her personal painting endeavors. She dedicated her talents to crafting unique works of art that enriched her community and various venues. In 2008, Bree's dream of turning her passion into a full-time profession became a reality as she established her own company, BREE The Mural Girl LLC. As a full-time muralist, she poured her heart into creating captivating murals that adorned spaces and brought joy to all who encountered her art. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

General Mural Info and Pricing Mural costs vary based on the following factors: Quality of Materials used (spray paint, latex paint, clear coats, primers/sealers) Equipment Needs (i.e. scaffolding, lift, masking materials, sprayers, etc.) Complexity of design (i.e. amount of detail, texture, number of colors, style, size, etc.) Average mural costs range from $12-$70/ sq. ft. of the area being painted and depends on location, texture, and detail. Low Detail $12-15/sq. ft. Medium Detail $15-30/sq. ft. High Detail $30+/sq. ft. The cost for your particular project can better be determined after we’ve discussed the size and complexity of your design. Contact us for your free consultation! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I ask a few general questions: Where are you located? Will the mural be interior or exterior? Do you have a specific time frame you are wanting the mural done by? Do you already have ideas you can share with me? Can you send pictures of the wall/area you are wanting the mural done on? Then, I set up a consultation, if needed. Then I provide the formal estimate sent via email. If the customer wants to move forward, we schedule it and I send reminder the day prior to starting. 50% due upon commencement 50% due upon completion ensuring the client is 100% happy with the final product.

I have been painting for over 40 years and have taken many courses throughout the years.
