Discussing in detail to get a clear idea of what they have in mind and executing it with close contact with the client so they get maximum satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Started cooking at 8 and started culinary school at 17. Lots of work experience is the best educator though in my opinion. Hands on learning really sticks with you

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started culinary school at 17 but started cooking at as a child. My mom always had me up on the kitchen counter watching her and when I got old enough I started helping in the kitchen

I have worked with people from all over the world and from every background

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I started teaching cooking classes once a month and absolutely love it! I make it fun and relaxed. I love passing along the knowledge I have gained.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for experience not education necessary. Some of the best cooks and chefs I know started out washing dishes in a restaurant.
