What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is individualized and is directly attached to the menu chosen. My minimum is $400 for any event. Brunch starts at $45 per person, lunch at $55 and dinner $85. Cocktail parties start at $60 per person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An initial phone consultation provides me with a better understanding of the clients needs and allows me to provide an individualized menu and proposal for the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With an MBA and years of business experience I am exceptionally qualified to not only provide a delicious experience but also a very professional and organized one.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2013 I decided to embark on my dreams and began working at Sur La Table culinary department. I had grown up in a culinary family that lived in the kitchen and throughout the years I took many classes. In 2016 I decided to start my own business and never looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked mostly with private clients for their dinners and special events such as rehearsal dinners and baby showers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my most memorable events was for a Hawaiian themed 50th wedding anniversary dinner for an amazing couple who were surrounded by their family and friends. It truly felt special.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important thing is to speak to the person and see if you have a connection. Once you have that connection everything else will go smoothly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should consider the type and style of food they enjoy as well as their budget limit. Also in my case I also like to decorate the table in the style desired so an understanding of the style and aesthetic is important.
