I have been catering and meal prepping for 15 years. I owned a large meal prep company based in Kansas City and currently run a small (its just me) catering service. I have catered many events ranging from a quaint dinner for four to a full blown ocean-side festival of 10,000 per day. I stand out with fresh, high-quality food. I am skilled in a multitude of cuisines and can handle most requests (some I am better at than others 😉) All caterings are custom, there is no such thing as a standard event. I am also a ServSafe certified instructor so safety is always top-priority .
