Introduction

I have been catering and meal prepping for 15 years. I owned a large meal prep company based in Kansas City and currently run a small (its just me) catering service. Check out my website at *************. I typically cater corporate lunches, weddings (at event center or off-site) and festivals. I have catered many events ranging from a quaint dinner for four to a full blown ocean-side festival of 10,000 per day. I stand out with fresh, high-quality food. I am skilled in a multitude of cuisines and can handle most requests (some I am better at than others 😉) All caterings are custom, there is no such thing as a standard event. Lets chat and create the best event possible!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
All caterings are custom. So all pricing is custom. We can do anything you want. I have low overhead because I also do meal prep, so Catering or private chef events are not the only source of revenue. I am happy to just make you happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I listen, ask relevant questions and over deliver. I am pretty responsive. I am not a procrastinator. So expect to hear back real soon.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a BS in Communications, AS in Culinary Arts. I have ran large food manufacturing company shipping food across the country. I have done large festivals, small weddings, and everything in between.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
There was a need that needed filled. I am a sucker for making people happy. Soon the hobby turned into a business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds. Everyone eats.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I cater a festival in late September eery year for pyros! They set off fireworks, large ones, and I feed them. Its a three day event that is all camping, all remote and we do great food, (last year we buried a pig) and the side benny is I get to watch amazing fireworks!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
We as a business pay for each lead, so we want you to have all the info you need, but serious inquiries only. Our goal is to keep your price down as much as we can!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is the dream scenario, then ask for that. Having an idea of what you want helps us all get to a successful event faster! Ask questions. So such thing as a dumb one.
