As a passionate and detail oriented chef, I love to cook for wows as much as for everyday comfort. With experience working in fine dining kitchens I emphasize a farm-to-table philosophy. Through my travels and work, I’ve developed an affinity for curating food experiences that both comfort and surprise. I believe that there are few things better than enjoying a truly delicious meal with people you truly love. That’s what I try to bring to each plate, is that feeling of wonder and enjoyment, either trying something totally new, or something familiar that touches you in a new way.
