What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No contracts. Payment for all appointments you scheduled are required. This can be done weekly, monthly or longer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We chat on the phone to make sure we are a good fit for each other. From there, we schedule a time to meet. It's at this point we take all your starting measurements, photos, injury or physical need requirements. We also assess your physical fitness level so I can begin constructing your workout and nutritional plan - to compliment your goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Master Trainer & Nutritionist ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer Specialized in Exercise Therapy Strength & Conditioning Coach Weight Loss & Management Wellness and Life Coach I've studied Nutritional Science, Disease and the Body, Biomechanics and Kinesiology Science, Fitness Nutrition and Exercise Science with the International Sports Science Association and University of Phoenix.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started helping family and friends loose weight through diet and exercise in my early 20's. It has always come natural to me. Even as a teen I would seek out aerobic and step classes. This passion, coupled with education and experience has evolved over the years into my full time profession.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with women and men of all age groups as well as teens.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I've recently helped a client loose her original goal of 75 lbs. She has now adjusted her goal and is approaching a 100 lbs loss!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
