What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typical process for new clients/customers starts with in depth full body/joint assessment to understand the capacities of the individual. We discuss goals, previous experiences and medical history. With all the information provided we create a program customized to the individual to ensure the best progress possible!

Played D1 collegiate golf Mentorship with chiropractor NASM- Certified Personal Trainer Pre-Script level 1 (PSL-1) Functional Range Conditioning, mobility specialist (FRCms) Functional Range Assessment certified (FRA) Functional Range Strength Coach (FR ISM) Rethinking the Big Patterns certified (RTBP) Titleist Performance Institute lvl 1 certified (TPI 1) Titleist Performance Institute lvl 2 certified (TPI 2) TRX certified

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have the privilege of working with a very diverse clientele. - Men and Women - 12 to 97 years of age - All different types of joint replacements, spine issues, post rehab, etc - High school and collegiate athletes - World record holders - Veterans - Weekend golfers
