What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin each client with a consultation to get a good understanding of their goals, needs, and preferences. The consultation is done online on their own. Following that, I create a plan of action for them. A personalized workout and nutrition plan to fit their specific lifestyle and needs. Everything is uploaded onto my coaching app for them to reference during the week while we are not training together.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up I dealt with the two most common problems people have with their bodies. During my younger years, I was overweight and had no understanding of why I was. Its something I hated and something I didn't think would ever change. As I grew into a teenager, my body transformed and within a year I was 6 inches taller, and was left skinny as could be. One problem was fixed while another was born and I think I hated it even more. I have the first-hand experience of how it feels when you're not happy with your body for both situations. Whether that is being overweight or extremely skinny and unhealthy I can relate. It sucks. My journey started with the sole purpose to change my body, but throughout everything I have learned, there is so much more to it than that. Learning about exercise and nutrition improved my life in almost every aspect and believe me when I say that because it will do the same for you. You just have to go for it. The reason I am so passionate about helping people with this is that the tremendous impact it had on my life and the impact it had on the people I've worked with. I genuinely love this and love seeing people grow throughout their journey.

Make sure the trainer is very knowledgeable in their field. More importantly, knowledgeable in the field-specific to your goals and needs. A trainer who listens, communicates well, and adjusts their regime to fit your lifestyle and needs.
