I have been in the industry for over 12 years. I am a 3rd generation Joseph Pilates certified instructor and have an expansive knowledge of Pilates and the human anatomy. I also have my NASM personal trainer certification for the last ten years! I offer private in home private training for reformer or mat sessions or strength training. If you don’t have a reformer. All you need is a mat and I’ll bring the rest! I also offering private reformer training in my personal studio. Pilates Training: Pilates in 3 words is #stretch with #strength and #control !!!! I offer ONE-ON-ONE sessions. In home or virtual sessions. I can help you Strengthen your core, tone your body, gain flexibility, improve your posture, increase your stamina and gain mental clarity through a series of pilates exercises performed on the reformer/mat and/ or various apparatus with the use of various props. All levels welcome. I am an excellent trainer with experience and love to motivate my clients with the passion I have for Pilates. If you need a detailed workout that’s specifically for you and your goals, then your in the right place. I’ve also worked a lot with people who’ve had different injuries and helped rehabilitate them. I am also a pre and post natal Pilates specialist. Wellness Coaching: As a wellness coach I can help you take your health to the next level in many ways, I will develop strategies for improving all areas of your ’ lives, because all of those areas are aspects of true wellness. Health Coaching: As a health coach I will primarily focuses on helping you change negative behaviors, increase activity levels, and develop healthy eating habits and behaviors. Or, put more simply, I can help you to move from where you currently are to the healthy life you wish to reach using the above three main areas. I love helping clients reach their health and fitness goals. There’s so much joy I get seeing a client fulfill all they’ve worked hard for. It’s your body and you deserve to be the best you! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically schedule an intro session where we asses their goals. I take them through a 50 minute workout. This allows me to see how we can best work together to achieve the results you want, whether that is weight loss, injury rehabilitation, increased flexibility or toning up.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Firstly I am a 3rd generation instructor. I was trained by an amazing instructor who was trained by Romana Kryzanowska. Romana was Joseph Pilates apprentice. He passed on his knowledge to her and she continued his legacy to make Pilates what it is today. I have a comprehensive Pilates certification. Meaning I am certified in every form and apparatus there is. Reformer,mat, Cadillac, wunda chair, barrel and pedi pole.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up as a gymnast and was always very active. My older sister got into Pilates and opened 2 studios. I started doing Pilates around the age of 13 to help with my gymnastics and strengthen and prevent injury. When it was time to pick a career I chose Pilates because of the profound effect it had on me growing up I wanted to share that with others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many types of clients from teenagers to men and women in their 70’s. Athletes, celebrities and clients with injuries. Ialso specialize in pre and post natal do a lot of expecting moms before and after pregnancy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Think about what you are looking for from personal training. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Make sure the professional is certified,insured and has reviews!
