Introduction

Hello my name is Christina. My focus is quality. I will take the time to make sure you’re happy and work with you on all the goals you want to meet. Its important for me that students have a sense of control over their practice and their bodies and they feel safe on their mats. I use props such as, blocks, straps, and chairs to assist with stretching exercises. I’m a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. I received my yoga teacher training from YogaWorks in Los Angeles, a five star rated yoga teacher training. I’ve been having a consistent practice on my own in Ashtanga yoga for 10 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance. I’ve been studying and been a performer for over 20 years. I also do private sessions in strength training. I work with people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. *** I offer virtual personal training ! If you need a coach to help with mobility, weight loss, strength, or yoga, I’m able to be your one on one coach online! Let me know if you’re interested and we can discuss further in detail.

I got started through inspiration from my own yoga practice. I practice Ashtanga yoga on a daily basis. It has transformed my life into something meaningful. And I began to have friends and family encourage me to start teaching.

unfold fold
I work with all levels, all body types and all ages.
