Hey San Francisco Bay area, My name is jonathan Montenegro, but you can call me Coach Jay I have been in the business of personal training for over two years now and I specialize in self-defense, boxing, strength & conditioning training, and stretching I am very passionate about the profession that I am in and I literally love what I do. My goal in life is to help you reach and obtain all your fitness goals and through my different fitness programs I know for a fact that shall happen. I am currently in training myself for I am a amateur boxer consistently competing an amateur bout every other month so I know what it takes mentally spiritually and physically to become the best version of yourself through fitness and through all the programs that I have to offer I’ve helped and continue to help very busy professional individuals lose 5 to 10 pounds monthly while gaining muscle and getting toned and helping them become mentally and physically sharp I teach one on one boxing lessons from beginning, intermediate and advance 7 days week I teach one on one strength and conditioning lessons 7 days a week I also run a prison yard strength training, Boot Camp, Saturdays, and Sundays at $20 per person group classes *Boxing Coach *Strength & Conditioning Coach * amateur boxer *Prison yard strength training *I have been boxing for over 10 years now and currently training and competing in boxing bouts “ I know you got what it takes to get it done”

I have plenty experience for my own background in boxing as an amateur, as well as strength and conditioning for my younger years of playing basketball and baseball

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always in the gym training and competing as an amateur fighter, and I knew that me becoming a personal trainer was my calling to also help others with their fitness goals.
