Hello I’m Ronny Fuss Certified personal trainer NASM Certified Oh Baby pre and postnatal fitness. All new guidelines updated (2015) Certified nutritionist. I have been working out for 25 plus yrs. I grew up in a family where sports and working out were a regular part of my life. I excelled in athletics as a kid, but also realize it is an amazing mood changer For stress, anxiety, and depression. As an adult I realize that staying on my workout regimen is a lifesaver. I have more energy levels my mind is clear. I feel completely capable of anything after a great workout. I try to utilize our beautiful Bay area weather and landscape. Joaquin Miller Park, Lake Temescal,and Alameda Beach just a few examples of where you can get an amazing workout outside. I can come directly to your house, I have all the equipment needed for a great workout. I can also meet at a gym if you prefer that style of training. I also feel if you make it fun for your client they are more likely to stick with their workout routine. I am a very caring, honest, punctual professional. I go Above and beyond to make sure all equipment is sanitized after every use. I customize each and every workout for every client geared toward their wants and needs, long and short term goals.
