What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies upon services. Our services range from online coaching to in-person training and hybrid training. Please send us a message to schedule a call, and we can discuss.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make everything as simple as possible. We jump on a phone call to discuss your goals and see if we are the right fit for you. If we decide to work together, you will be emailed forms to fill out and questionnaires. The first session is more so an assessment — Assessing your overall health. Once enough data is collected, We structure an effective custom workout plan/nutrition plan along with anything additional we feel you would benefit from! We work to find the correct scheduled time slot that works for both the client and trainer. We get to work on your goals and keep data and notes all through the training what isn't measured can not be managed. As a team, we stay focused and watch your life change!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a firm believer that education and knowledge should never have an end. Along with our active qualifications. We stay on the latest education as ongoing research and development, and new scientific studies are always being conducted. We enjoy learning and keeping our minds up to date with the latest reviews and analysis. Aside from education, our experience in the fitness industry is well-versed and far from the average, after all, how can you guide someone through a goal if you haven't helped many including yourself do so?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

They say everyone has a ''calling'' in life, we find purpose in helping others reach new heights in life through health and fitness. Our team has had a fascination with the human body and mind, along with its development for years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our clients have ranged from 9 years old to 90+ years of age. You're only as young as you feel, right? Our job is to guide my clients through a program geared towards there goals. The idea is to get them there as fast as possible and safely from the novice to the elite athletes. The knowledge we instill in each of our clients will last them a lifetime. We teach fitness, health, and lifestyle; it's not just about training; it's about having a coach that can help in all aspects of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are too many to think of. Hard to mention one without the other. Every project speaks greatly to our purpose in life. When a client is excited to share how great they feel and look. When a grandfather can play with his grandkids and not run out of breath, when a client loses so much weight their, confidence goes through the roof so much so that they start to explore life more and seek out things they could not do at one point. When a client gets off of their prescription blood pressure medication, these are some examples and keep us loving what we do!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you're looking to hire a personal trainer, we advise you to ask many questions, making sure they are well educated and equipt to help you achieve your goals. Keep in mind that most trainers offer free first sessions so you can always try us out before hiring.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Well, it's simple education and experience; these two go hand in hand when it comes to helping others achieve their goals. The trainer has to be experienced in getting people to reach their goals, teaching, and lifestyle coaching. Testimonial speak for themselves!
