Sessions range from $80 to $95 a session depending on which package option they go with.

We would meet and do an assessment session to see if we would be a good match.

CERTIFICATIONS: Personal Trainer at ACE (American Council of Exercise) Certified Nutrition Specialist at ACE (American Council of Exercise) Group Fitness at ACE (American Council of Exercise) Personal Trainer at NASM (formerly PTA Global) CPR Certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My passion for fitness began when I saw a picture of myself and decided it was time to take the initiative and get motivated. I was in the gym within a week and competing within the year. Since then it has propelled me into this field with vigor and resolve to help others get to what is healthy for their body and mind.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Clients looking for weight loss, increased mobility, strength gain, diet advice, and becoming functional again in their daily life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently a client realized that a motion that used to hurt daily, let alone while lifting weights, doesn't hurt anymore AND they are able to do weight training with that shoulder 3x a week pain free

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you like and inspires you to become your favorite version of yourself
