What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

the pricing varies depending on the clients need as far as how many times a week we train how many months and if diet and therapy is included etc. then different packages will be available for the client to choose depending on needs and realistic goal achievement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

i first start with an assessment which typically lasts about 40 minutes, ill look at the body and the imbalances and posture to se what needs to be worked on.. At the same time we will discuss the clients goals and previous injuries medications and anything that could prevent any further injury or advancement into a proper training regiment and diet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified and educated in different techniques and aspects in the fitness and sports medicine industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

From being fit while in the US Marines and loving anatomy and exercise.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all different types of cases , fat loss, lean muscle gain ,post injury functional training after an accident or more commonly after a repetitive injury caused by poor posture or incorrect methods of training, physique and strength training.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had a client that could not even raise her arms from the horrible posture and tendonitis she had. She went from that to a 100% improvement of posture and able to do over 100 pull ups (in 5 sets) not to mention she is 59 yrs old!! She is a total motivator and a role model for many of my clients! Took us 4 months to get there 3 times a week training

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice i can give... look at the before and after testimonials! look close for computer fixed pictures or minimum results, or insane promises from uncertified (self proclaimed trainers at some public park). remember you get what you pay for! really cheap trainers mean really bad injuries or scams, non certified trainers, steroid users that have the image but not the knowledge. Ask 1000 questions and look for honesty!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In my profession there are a few trainers who can claim to be experienced experts or specialists just because they took an online course once to get a certification as a trainer! be careful!.... find out who is the good experienced trainer!
