Introduction

Hi, my name is Sean and I help busy individuals create abundance around their health and fitness. My mission is to empower you to build the best version of yourself. You've probably landed on my profile armed with questions regarding your health, fitness, nutrition, and mindset: "What exercises should I do to make my glutes grow?" "What do I need to eat to have more energy?" "How do I manage my time more effectively so I can get my workouts in?" From the basics of working out and eating right, to sustaining your efforts long term. (So your next fitness endeavor doesn't become a "quick fix.") I tailor a program for you. Whether you're a seasoned athlete with years of lifting experience, or a beginner looking to navigate the latest fitness trends, my pledge is to deliver the best fitness program that's sustainable. There are so many amazing fitness systems, yet not all of them are realistic or sustainable for you. Diets, meal plans, and workout programs won't work unless they meet two important criteria: "can I do this week in, and week out?" And, "does this serve my body? (Actually see results). If it doesn't meet these criteria - ask yourself, will I actually stick with this consistently? You will get more than a personal trainer. You will get a coach who's committed to building a healthy lifestyle that works for you, not against you. I meet you where you're at in your fitness journey, and build you up from there.

Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
With all my new customers, I strive to understand all their wants and needs first so I can best serve them. This is done with an initial discovery call where I ask questions about background, fitness experience, goals, challenges and expectations. From there, (if the new customer is local). I invite them into the fitness studio for a brief movement assessment and workout, where I can see the body in motion and identify (if any) muscular imbalances. This just helps me deliver a better workout program tailored to you. If the client intends to work with me remotely, I go through a similar process over video or zoom call. Lastly, I discuss the program itself and what to expect moving forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have 11 years of experience working as a full time personal trainer. I started my career working at 24 Hour Fitness and earned the positions of Master Trainer and Assistant Fitness Manager. I hold certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist), PTA Global Certified Personal Trainer, Spartan SGX Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach Lv1, US Olympic Committee Bronze Lv1 Certification, and I've completed the curriculum for life program through Landmark (personal & professional development program).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Having grown up with a sports-oriented family and community, I developed a deep desire to help others look and feel their best. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, I landed my first personal training job at a corporate big box gym in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. After working for 7 and a half years in the industry as a Master Trainer and an Assistant Fitness Manager, I learned that wasn't the best vehicle for me to inspire change and make a difference. I left the company to start my own business, and pursue my dream of changing the way people think about fitness and sustaining it in a way that fits their lifestyle. As a business owner and fitness coach, I strive to give back and help people reach their full potential with the right knowledge, motivation, and training techniques. It is truly an honor to be part of anyone's fitness journey.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I developed a Men's online workout program that helps men build muscular size and strength. It's a 3 month program that includes over 200 exercise tutorials, ab routine, mobility routine and customizable nutrition guidelines. The program also includes an E-book that discusses strategies to overcome the most common obstacles individuals experience when looking to gain size and strength. The entire program is a blueprint for success.
