What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our personal training rates vary between $50 and $55 per session depending on how many sessions you do with us per week. Our nutritional sessions are $60 per session but usually most people require only 1 or 2 session. After that they use our innovated app system to make all the necessary changes in their eating habits. The app is only $47 per month. There is no contract. We only get paid one week in advance!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First step is to come in for a Free Fitness Strategy session where we can learn about your fitness goals and you likes and dislikes. Based on that we will make our suggestions on how to best approach your fitness goals so you will be able not just to achieve them, but be able to maintain them for life, even after you have stopped using our services. If you liked what you heard and you feel our approach to achieve your fitness goals is right for you, we go ahead and schedule your first session. If you don't feel we are the right fit for you, we part ways as friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Unlike most other weight loss experts, my position on weight loss, health, and nutrition, was not shaped by simply studying in a classroom or through the certification process. I was raised on a Greek island where thin and healthy was the norm and people in their 90s lived productive lives. That unique life experience gave me an insight on weight loss, nutrition, and health that very few weight loss experts have. Did you know the many of the popular ideas on how to lose weight and improve your health completely contradict how people live and eat in healthy regions around the world? This is part of the reason why we are losing the weight loss battle. I held two ACE (American Council on Exercise) certifications for almost 20 years, but I dropped both around 5 years ago because they were promoting ideas that I knew did not work in the real world and some were flat out wrong.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Fitness was not my first career choice. I graduated from one of the finest schools in Culinary Arts, The Culinary Institute of America. I ended up in the fitness industry almost out of frustration. I felt that fitness professionals did not understand the average person like me, who wanted to get in shape, but did not like exercising, and did not want to give up all my junk food, and complaining about it would not help, so I got involved. From the very beginning, it became very obvious to me that there was something seriously wrong with the way the industry was approaching weight loss because most people end up regaining the weight back. This is why I chose to take a very different path to weight loss and health.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been in the fitness field since 1992 and I have worked with a variety of different people, but our best clients are the ones who want to lose weight and improve their health, but don't want to spent all their free time working out or watching their diet. These people love our approach to weight loss and health because our approach does NOT require long and hard workouts and NO counting calories, point or giving up any of your favorite foods.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There is very hard to pin point just one person that I help to lose weight and keep it of that I was more fond of, because I enjoyed them all. The one thing I enjoy the most, is after my clients have lost all they weight they wanted and have achieved their fitness goal, most of them tell me if they knew how simple and easy it was to lose weight and get in shape, they would had done this long ago.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The one question I always tell people to ask themselves, before they hire anyone to help them lose weight and improve their health is this: "Can I see myself living with the advice this fitness professional is giving me on how to lose weight and improve my health, for the rest of my life?" If the answer is "NO" don't bother joining because you will not be able to maintain the results. If you looking for sustainable results, whatever changes you make into your life in order to get those results, you must be able to live with those changes for the rest of your life.
