What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of the programs come with 24 hour access to your own app to help track your progress. I will drive to you, whether it’s your home, gym or office space. Also options to train at gym that I provide for clients in Fort Lauderdale or South Miami.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I provide online and in person training services including 1-5 times a week options. I provide assessments, fitness testing, personalized app to track workouts and nutrition. Complimentary consultation to assess fitness level and training options for specific individuals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Currently obtain 8 different certifications that have been acquired over the years including but not limited to Exercise Science, Functional Training, Special Populations, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Testing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started in 2004 Junior year in high school. Took a Strength Training class and got hooked, the rest is history. 19 years strong with no signs of slowing down.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clientele including kids to elderly adults as well as athletes. Also clients with medical conditions and injuries. Whether you’ve been working out your whole life or it’s your first time stepping into a gym, I’ve got you covered.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked with a man who is paralyzed from the waist down in a wheelchair and helped him train for a bodybuilding competition. He ended up taking first place and still competes to this day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Passion for this industry is key. Find yourself a trainer who eats, breathes and sleeps the fitness lifestyle. Knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, biomechanics and kinesiology is important for proper program design and safety of movements.

What is your true goal? Does it revolve around looks, energy or health? Are you looking to lose weight or gain weight and why?
