How did you get started doing this type of work?

My journey into personal training began with my own transformation and interest of exercise science. Growing up, I was always active but never quite understood the science and strategy behind effective fitness. After going to school for exercise science and seeing health problems in multiple clinical settings, I realized the importance of a well-rounded fitness regime. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness. I decided to turn my passion into a profession by getting certified through NASM, and since then, I've dedicated my career to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Seeing the positive changes in my clients' lives, from gaining confidence to improving their health, has been incredibly rewarding. My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and experience the profound benefits of a fit and active lifestyle.

My client Nelson. He wanted to get tone and look overall better. It has been only been a month and he is receiving compliments from people who see him often and can see obvious improvements in physique and strength.

Of course the cliché answer is to make sure they have good workout programs, have a safe and welcoming environment, and they give great nutritional advice. All of that is very important but what matters in this industry the most is to make sure they ACTUALLY CARE about you and are not in it just to have another client.
