Introduction

I passionately believe that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My goal is to help you identify your personal fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guides you through every exercise, every workout. I use techniques such as progressive overload, circuit training, HIIT, and strength training to ensure results. By placing a strong emphasis on time under tension and utilizing correct form for all workouts, my client's become stronger and their body's are more functional for daily life movements. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with building a foundation - a strong, healthy body - and work our way up to more advanced movements! I work with you to build a workout that will be specific to helping you reach your fitness goals, whether that be for weight loss, strength building, endurance, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also a former collegiate basketball player!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love helping people get healthy! It started in college, while I was playing basketball. I started to pack on muscle myself, leverage healthy habits, and realized that I wanted to do this as a career. Helping people through personal training is my absolute passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers! Beginners, moms, dads, students, nurses, doctors, grandparents, teens, athletes, and veterans.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped someone lose 20 lbs. This client had a slew of past injuries, and she absolutely crushed her workouts! I was very proud of programming exercises she could work around that provided efficient workouts for her, while helping her create healthy weekly habits. It was awesome!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is passionate about what they are doing, and for someone who truly cares to make a connection with you, because they truly want to help!
