What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible pricing based on your goals and how often you’d like to train. Discounts are available for clients who train 2 or more times per week. All programs are customized, and I make sure you’re getting real value with ongoing support, adjustments, and check-ins as needed. Let’s talk about what you’re looking for so I can recommend the best option for you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a conversation. Before anything is handed over, I like to schedule a consult or discovery call to learn more about your goals, your schedule, and what you're looking for — and to make sure we’re a good fit. From there, I design a fully customized training plan tailored to your needs. I stay in close contact to support you, make adjustments as needed, and ensure the coaching experience works for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010 and hold multiple certifications that support my well-rounded, customized approach to coaching. These include:
Certified Personal Trainer
DNA-Based Fitness Coach
Certified Glute Specialist
Fitness Coach Certification
Golf Fitness Specialist
Women’s Fitness Specialist
TRX Certified
This diverse training allows me to meet clients where they are and design programs that are not only effective but aligned with their unique bodies, goals, and lifestyles.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in fitness after competing in Figure Competitions. As I progressed, people started noticing the changes in my own health and physique, and many asked for my help in achieving similar results. That sparked my passion for coaching, and I began training others to help them get healthy, build strength, and achieve their fitness goals. From there, my journey in personal training and coaching really took off, and it’s been a fulfilling experience ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, but the majority have been women looking to take control of their health. Some were competitors, while others sought to get in shape, lose weight, or simply improve their overall health. Regardless of the goal, my focus is always on empowering my clients to feel stronger, more confident, and to achieve lasting results that fit their unique needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project I’m especially proud of is my You Are More movement, which includes my book, speaking engagements, and coaching. This mission has been years in the making and continues to evolve. It’s all about helping people embrace the idea that they are more than their circumstances, challenges, and titles. Through my book, keynote speaking, and coaching, I’ve been able to reach and impact so many people on a deeper level. It’s hard to put an exact timeline on it because it’s a journey, but it’s something I’m incredibly passionate about and proud of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important advice I’d give to anyone looking to hire a coach or trainer is: Make sure you like them and trust them. You’ll be spending a lot of time working together, so it’s essential that you feel comfortable and understood. Trust is key — you need to know that your coach has your best interests at heart, and that they’re knowledgeable, reliable, and capable of guiding you toward your goals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before talking to a professional, it’s helpful to think through a few key questions:
What are your goals?
Be clear about what you want to achieve, whether it's getting stronger, losing weight, improving your health, or building a specific skill.
What is your timeline?
Are you working toward a specific event, or is this a long-term lifestyle change? Understanding your timeline helps determine the level of commitment and structure needed.
What’s your budget?
Determine how much you’re willing to invest in your health and fitness. It’s important to know what you're comfortable with so you can find a solution that fits.
Is this an investment?
Consider whether this is an investment in your long-term health, wellbeing, and future. Your fitness journey can pay dividends in terms of physical and mental health, so think about the bigger picture.
