Hey everyone! My name is Treyvon Flowers, and I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, training in-person only at Legacy Gym Murrieta. As a Kinesiology major at CSU San Marcos and an aspiring bodybuilder currently prepping for my first competition, I bring my athletic background together with my ISSA Certified Personal Trainer knowledge to bring the best possible results to my clients. With my athletic experience in sports like football and track and field, I brings a fresh, motivated perspective to training. I am passionate about fitness and committed to helping others become stronger, faster, and healthier. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall performance, I am ready to work with you one-on-one or in partner sessions.
