$55 a session. I can work with clients who want a payment plan for 6 trains or more.

I come to you! We set goals and amount of weekly training needed to pursue any timelines.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NASM and Orange Theory coach. I also did group fitness but prefer one on one training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been into fitness and did a lot of group fitness classes. I wanted to make my style personal and one on one.
