What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

So my pricing is based off how many times a week a client is wanting to train. The more times a week they train the less the session cost. But I also tell everyone I love what I do and I’m always willing to work with a motivate a new client budget to help the reach there goals!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When it comes to working with a new customer I love to set up an in person consultation to get to know each other and take down some information. I put our office on hold in my gym so we can sit down in the quiet and I can get all your information I need to start your programming. Then we go out for about a half hour work out to show you how I do things and how I run my workouts. After that we start your fitness journey and pushing use the next level to achieving your goals!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

So far beside three and half years of experience of working with all different size and aged people I also have completed my -NASAM -CPT -Performance Enhancement -LLS -Corrective Action -Nutritionist -CPR and First Aid certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

So after a shoulder injury my senior year of high school I was no longer able to wrestle anymore so I fell in love with the weight room. I carried that over to when I join the Marine Corps and once I got station out here in California I really fell in love with fitness. I competed in my first bodybuilding show back in 2018 and that’s when I knew Fitness was always gonna be a huge part of my life. I started personal training shortly after that with great success. I got out of the Marine Corps in 2020 and started personal training full-time while also achieving multiple certifications for fitness. I’m still actively achieving certifications and weightlifting, dieting, and overall fitness is a huge part of my lifestyle today!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a large range of customers from -athletes -weight loss clients -recovery clients -lifestyle clients -children -elderly With all the education I’ve had in this line of work there is almost no client that I can’t help reach their goals!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have had many amazing stories over the years of training from people getting off antidepressants because of how much they fell in love with the gym. I’ve had people that were on the verge of having some very serious health problems because of the weight that they overcame because of weight loss. But me personally I get the best enjoyment out of working with people and after a few months working with me and they’re starting to see the changes in their body the new confidence they walk around in makes me so happy. I’ve had many clients tell me that the transformations I’ve done for them has changed their life, how they see themselves, and how they carry themselves day today and I think that’s absolutely amazing. Especially in this day and age self happiness is truly a key to success.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Whoever you choose your personal trainer always make sure they’re very professional, are educated and what they’re doing, and overall you enjoy your time with them and the workouts. Mental happiness is just as big of a part of the recipe to reach your fitness goals. If you don’t enjoy your time with your trainer I don’t believe they are giving you good information it’s gonna make your fitness journey that much harder.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before talking to a professional and getting you started on your fitness journey. Go into it with a positive mindset and realistic goals. Know that this is in a race and that you can achieve anything you want to do as long as you hire the right personal trainer that’s there for you and keeps you motivated every step of the way.
