NEXT STEPS FOR WORKING WITH ME:
I will reach out to you to schedule a consultation call so we can discuss your goals and determine if I am the right fit to help you achieve those.
Hi! my name is Gina and I am an ACE certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and a certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach through GGS.
I help women:
1. Break the barrier into strength training for fat loss
2. Develop a healthy mindset and understanding around nutrition
3. Focus on biofeedback habits and consistency (sleep, hydration, stress, libido, etc)
4. Stop doing excessive amounts of cardio
I take a resistance training approach with my clients to build lean muscle resulting in fat loss. Whether you are a pregnant or postpartum mom, bride to-be, training for an event, or just looking for a place to make
fitness a consistent part of your life, I am here to help you achieve your goals SAFELY.
I enjoy building individualized programs for each of my clients and can work with very little equipment. I work with my clients both in-person and/or online depending on their preference. I do request that all clients have a yoga mat and a set of resistance bands to start off with.
My approach is very simple: resistance training + calorie deficit (expending more calories than you consume) = Fat loss. No gym needed and no magical pills, waist trainers, bars, or ridiculous crash diets. When creating workouts I stick to the basics because the basics NEVER stop working. I do not create workouts to entertain my clients with exercises they have never seen just for the wow factor. Workouts are built around the big lifts: Squat, Deadlift, push and pull along with mobility and flexibility work based on individual client needs.
