I have a diverse background in many disciplines such as Body Sculpting, Strength Training, Injury Prevention/Rehab, Circuit Training, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, and Calisthenics. I employ my diverse background to create my unique brand which focuses on addressing fitness at every level from cardio-respiratory, mobility, endurance, strength, psychological, and emotional. I am the guide that provides my clients whith every tool imaginable in order to achieve their goals, whether it be to lose weight, feel stronger, be healthier, or feel good.
