Introduction

Hello and thank you for taking the time to review my information. I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years. I have trained at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium, Summa Health, The YWCA's in several counties. I train from ages 18-85. No intimidating gyms! It is all one on one and we work at your level and towards your goals. I also teach step aerobics, pilates, core with the ball, and stretching for all ages and all sports. Fitness is not about just what size we wear. It is about physical health, emotional health and mental health. It is also about Fat%,BMI, weight etc. Exercise fights many diseases, such: diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many types of cancer and depression If you are on medications it will actually help you get off of a lot of them. What is your goal? Getting up and down off the floor to play with grandkids? Walking up steps? Riding bike long distance, running, swimming? Having good health is a great gift but we also need to work at it. There is no price on good health, if we don't have good health we can't do a lot of things, sometimes we can't even work, drive, shop etc. The sessions are one hour. In that hour we do cardio, on a treadmill, elliptical, bike and floor aerobics, step aerobics, kick box and more! I am also a group fitness instructor so I can teach you a lot of cardio that is not just on machines. In that hour we also work all upper body for strength training, the core muscles which hold up our bodies, and legs. The last few minutes and throughout we stretch. I have several references and 25 years of experience. I have helped several people and I can help you. Let's get started.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

35.00 a session. A session is one hour. In the one hour we work cardio, meaning, treadmill, elliptical, stepper and or exercise bike. If I have a client that wants to make the cardio more interesting we can do step aerobics, kick box and low impact aerobics since I did teach aerobics for many years. We then work every specific muscle for strength and firming the muscle to burn more fat, We also work the core and back with pilates and the exercise ball. Last we stretch every muscle that we worked with stretches and deep breathing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A phone conversation to make sure I can assist them in reaching their goals. I ask qualifying questions to see if I am the right Personal Trainer for them and if they are the right client for me. I can only change clients lives that are ready to change!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

22 certifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Kickbox, step aerobics. I have been a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer for 15 years. I worked at Summa 5 years and the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium 19 years. I have certifications in: Nutrition, Working out for people over 50, Strength Training, Cardio Training, Interval Training and many more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was overweight and I joined a gym to lose weight 20 years ago? I was there! I understand. I was overweight, I smoked and I ate all bad food. I looked awful and I felt horrible about myself. I made the change and never looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any client from 18 years old to 80 years old. Some clients just want to lose weight. Some lift patients and need to strengthen their muscles and core to lift their patients. Some just want to be able to do daily chores and be independent. I have worked with healthy young clients as well as older clients with back, neck, knee and hip issues as well as fibermyalsia, diabetes, thyroid issues and more. I have seen a lot of my clients be able to get off of their meds and stop going to their chiropractors!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client that came to me for the last resort. She had been to doctors after doctors and was not able to get out of her car by herself when she came to me. By the 3rd month she was walking and back to being independent again. No Doctors!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, call their references find out how they work. Ask to see the certification.
