Introduction

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, I am able to personalize a training program that helps my clients meet their individual goals. I work with people of all ages and levels, and I am acutely aware of proper form and alignment. I also like to mix things up so that my clients don't get bored with their workouts. I use circuit training, HIIT, and more traditional programming, depending on the person's skill level. I enjoy watching my clients progress as they reach their fitness goals and begin to see themselves as strong and empowered. My aim is to make each session fun and inspirational so that my clients look forward to working out in a positive environment. I offer virtual training. Just please let me know if that’s what you need when you reach out.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My training sessions run about 40-45 minutes each. My clients work with me 2-4 times a week, depending on their schedule, budget, and level of commitment. Pricing for packages goes down when commitment level goes up, ie - a 6-month agreement is less than a 3-month one, and a 12-month is even less.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I first do a phone pre-qualification interview in which I get a sense of my prospective client’s fitness and health goals and their level of commitment towards reaching those goals. Then, we meet in person or via zoom for a face to face consultation. This is more in depth and I present my training program and the prices of the various packages. If the client is ready to move forward with me, we will do a fitness assessment then as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a certified NASM trainer, and I have been adhering to a personal workout program since I was 14. I also take part in expanding my personal training certification with ongoing education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have loved fitness since I was a teenager and have always enjoyed helping other people reach their goals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with people of all ages and fitness levels, but I especially like helping women get stronger when they have felt weak all their life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have helped a client lose 30 pounds and 3% of body fat in 4 months. He has worked hard and I am really proud of his progress!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
What are my fitness and health goals? What is my level of commitment towards reaching those goals? Do I have financial or health constraints?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
