What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I charge for 12 sessions up front for $450 or $60 per session. The $450 up front includes help with nutrition and supplements.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When I meet a new customer , I first set up a meet and greet. I want to meet you and find out your health and fitness history. After this I will have you fill out a health history questionnaire and sign it at the bottom of the page. At this point I will take you through a introductory workout that is a $60 value on me. To end our session we will set up our training schedule times to meet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 34 years of Fitness Industry experience with 22 years of that experience in personal training. I am a ISSA certified trainer since 1995. I also attend continual education classes to improve my knowledge of training clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I knew when I graduated from college that helping people improve their health and fitness would be a wonderful career for me. Since graduating college in 1994 , I have been in the fitness industry for 34 years in gym management and 22 years of personal training.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Athletes , competitors, people new to fitness

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say to look for a trainer that gives you an education on the muscles you are targeting, expresses the importance of good form and does not give you a cookie cutter program he or she is providing for another client. Make sure your personalities connect and your trainer shows they care about helping you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They need to ask themselves are they ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle , have the set time during their week to accomplish this and do they know what their fitness goals are.
