I studied biology, am accredited through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have run a company, of personal trainers, for 10 years. I am an ex-power-lifter, current tennis player and used to be a heavily overweight. I understand getting to your goals quickly better than most. I also had to make a big change after working in the office when I was in marketing which is why I was very overweight and stressed. You will a receive initial consult and after we start you will receive weekly workouts, accountability, breakdown of what strategy will lead to your results fastest and anything extra I will run to the ends of the earth to make sure if it helps you. Everyone on my team is also certified in Corrective Fitness and Habit Coaching Specialists, meaning we can rehab injuries and get you to commit to change without too much resistance.
