Cosmically Embodied serves and I love living and breathing into the creativity of spritual discipline and flow of life. My focus is on yoga hatha slow flows focusing on alignment and building strength and flexibility as well as somatic style yoga sequences where the movements are extremely small and gentle for relief as well as restorative yoga. I offer yoga on its own however my main offering is to use asana yoga flows (intense static holds) as the warm introduction to prepare you for beautiful restorative yoga Nidra guided meditation sessions with optional sound or no sound. All sessions are met with focus on sacred sound infused throughout to balance the body mind and spirit with healing vibrations. Optional offering : Use of vocal sounding and toning as well as tuning forks and crystal bowl. At this time, I travel to the client mostly in their own comfortable “nest” set up. I am joyed to assist you in connecting to your body, consciousness, peaceful and expanded mental states.

With an individual approach I'm teaching each student in harmony with their needs: subtle body awareness, physical alignment and breath-based movement to inspire them to move with grace and live with perspective. I also use essential oils (therapeutic grade) when teaching yoga, because smell is the strongest sense that activates directly our brain. Yoga is for everyone—all body types. If you can breathe, you can benefit from yoga. It’s about so much more than just physical exercise, although for many people, that’s where it starts. My goal is to provide nurturing and positive environment that will enable you to find your yoga.
I find great enjoyment in sharing that which impacted my life tremendously. This practice of self-reflection, of mindfulness, of living and feeling each moment, of seeing the many aspects of ourselves - that transforms so many lives.
The fruit of Yoga manifests itself in different ways: confidence, physical and mental health, and a sense of who we really are. But it is the progress I observe in my students practice that is perhaps the reason I most love teaching Yoga.

As a teacher, I am here to hold space for people to be curious and explore yoga. This practice allows everyone the opportunity to find their own fullest expression at their present moment in time.
My goal is to teach an open class where everyone feels welcome. I'll take time to ask if anyone has any mobility limitations, discuss options, and encourage asking questions as they come up. I teach a vinyasa class that can be speed up or slowed down based on participant(s) needs. Individuals and groups are both welcome to book with me.
I started practicing consistently in 2018 when I found a great studio. At the end of 2023 I signed up for 200-hour teacher training at the same studio. I graduated in early 2024 and started formally teaching shortly thereafter. As one of my favorite teachers used to say - "be a good yogi and spread the message of yoga". Teaching provides me the ability to spread the many messages of yoga and help others find the benefits of yoga.
