I work with a variety of clients, from beginners to seniors to professional athletes, all of whom have different desires for their yoga practice. I have over 500 hours of certified Yoga Alliance training and over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. Private instruction offers a safe and collaborative space for you to ask questions, get one-on-one guidance, and create a sustainable yoga practice that works for you! Available in-home or in-studio (Scottsdale area), and I bring the studio to you (mats, props, etc.)
