Introduction

As a teacher, I am here to hold space for people to be curious and explore yoga. This practice allows everyone the opportunity to find their own fullest expression at their present moment in time. My goal is to teach an open class where everyone feels welcome. I'll take time to ask if anyone has any mobility limitations, discuss options, and encourage asking questions as they come up. I teach a vinyasa class that can be speed up or slowed down based on participant(s) needs. Individuals and groups are both welcome to book with me. I started practicing consistently in 2018 when I found a great studio. At the end of 2023 I signed up for 200-hour teacher training at the same studio. I graduated in early 2024 and started formally teaching shortly thereafter. As one of my favorite teachers used to say - "be a good yogi and spread the message of yoga". Teaching provides me the ability to spread the many messages of yoga and help others find the benefits of yoga.
