I specialize in mobile yoga services, customizing every yoga lesson for your body and it's needs. In your home, on your time.
Due to COVID-19, private weekly lessons are happening over FaceTime, Zoom or Google video chat. One-time lessons may happen in-person, if they are outside and masked.
Please reach out for in-person lessons only if you are in Santa Cruz County or if you are looking for a one-time lesson within Silicon Valley. I am not currently teaching weekly in-person classes in the San Jose area.
Thank-you!

Hello,
I'm Kayla and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you! Whether you are just starting out your yoga journey or just seeking private instruction to continue your practice, I create a practice that best fits your needs. I provide private individual and group yoga to all levels. I have been practicing for over 10 years and teaching privately for 8 years. I will be sure to provide you with an experience that will leave you feeling confident no matter what level you are at.
I am also a holistic wellness coach working with high-achieving women seeking career advancement and wellness without sacrificing one or the other.
I began my yoga journey in college with hot yoga and immediately fell in love with the practice. It brought me a sense of gratitude and ultimately left me feeling great mentally, physically, and spiritually. I received my yoga certification in 2016 and have taught privates and group classes at crossfit and private gyms, in the park or even at the beach. I have a strong background in partner yoga and acrobatics that I have taught classes for as well.
I enjoy teaching private yoga classes because I get to focus on my student and cater to their needs. I think it is important to understand my student's needs and physical limitations so that I can create a class that is accessible and rewarding for them. I often recommend students trying yoga for the first time to use yoga blocks and straps as tools to assist in certain poses.
In my group classes, I like to teach with the mindset that every student is at a different skill level, from beginner to advanced. I offer different pose variations so that those who are beginners are able to access the poses and those who may be more advanced feel challenged.
My prices listed here are for single sessions. I do offer package pricing should you choose to commit to several sessions with me!
If you have any questions or comments to share, please reach out. I look forward to working with you on your personal journey in yoga.
Love & Light,
Kayla

Hi, I’m Rachel with Intuitively Flexible. I offer personalized private and group yoga sessions designed to meet your unique needs—whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or reconnect with your body.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and to say I’m passionate about it would be an understatement. I was first introduced to yoga in high school during a dance class, and it continued to reappear in my life in meaningful ways. By college, I was practicing regularly, and it quickly became a grounding force for me. Yoga has been a constant source of strength, balance, community, and healing—and it’s my joy to share that with others.
In November 2024, I took a leap and earned my 200-hour teaching certification in beautiful Bali, Indonesia, guided and encouraged by a fellow yogi and close friend. My teaching approach is grounded, compassionate, and responsive to each student’s unique needs—whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen an existing practice. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where students can build strength, increase flexibility, and connect more deeply with themselves—on and off the mat.
To make each session even more unique, every class includes a complimentary lavender or eucalyptus towel and cup of homemade chai—a small way to continue the warmth and mindfulness beyond the mat.
Travel fee: To bring yoga directly to you, I charge a travel fee of $0.80 per mile, round trip from Palo Alto.
This helps cover my travel time, gas, and car expenses, so I can keep my session rates fair and sustainable. Thank you for understanding!
✨ Please note: Thumbtack charges me around $25 for every inquiry, so I kindly ask that you reach out only if you’re seriously considering booking a session, even if it’s just a one-time trial. I’m happy to answer a few quick questions beforehand, but I do hope that reaching out reflects a real interest in moving forward.
Thank you so much for your understanding—and I look forward to connecting with you!
