Introduction

I specialize in mobile yoga services, customizing every yoga lesson for your body and it's needs. In your home, on your time. Due to COVID-19, private weekly lessons are happening over FaceTime, Zoom or Google video chat. One-time lessons may happen in-person, if they are outside and masked. Please reach out for in-person lessons only if you are in Santa Cruz County or if you are looking for a one-time lesson within Silicon Valley. I am not currently teaching weekly in-person classes in the San Jose area. Thank-you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A single 60-minute private session is $75 for one person or $105 for two-people. Prices are lower for shorter sesssions and more expensive for longer lessons or multiple people.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a graduate of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco's 500-hr Advanced Studies/Teacher Training Program, Kofi Busia's 100-hr Instructor training, the diploma program at Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda, and Cornell University.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Yoga has helped my body in many ways and I want to share its effects with others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a broad range of clients including families with kids, pregnant and postpartum women, persons with scoliosis and corporate clients offering yoga to their employees.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a yoga instructor, it is important to find someone whose personality works with yours.
