In addition to providing private yoga, meditation, energy work and personal training services, I have spent thousands of hours working with a physical therapist helping people who suffer from chronic pain, injuries, and other special needs. I will make yoga and exercise accessible to absolutely anyone who wishes to participate. In yoga, my focus will always be on the mind body connection.
