Yoga and mindfulness have granted me many gifts during my many years of practice, and my goal is to continue giving those gifts to others. Certified as a Yoga Instructor and licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant, I teach kindness to yourself and others, setting yourself up for success with change of habits and perception, gratitude, and strength/flexibility/mobility with a focus on safe yet free movement. We will work together toward your goals.
I teach in both 1:1 and group settings which can include a traditional class setting at a studio but also private groups as well. Private groups can range from weekends away, themed mindfulness/meditation classes, corporate groups, etc.
