I am passionate about teaching others how to adapt mindfulness techniques into their lives. By developing a mindfulness practice that you can come to each day, showing up for yourself. By using mantras, meditation, yoga, and journaling, you can transform your life completely. Developing a daily practice of good habits to positively change your life. Yoga is so much more than moving the body in difficult postures. I can show you different ways to integrate the path of yoga into your life. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

With new clients, I like to set up a fifteen minute consultation call to get an idea of what they are looking for and looking to get out of their private sessions. We then set up times that work best for you to meet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken a 200 hour teacher training and have done an additional 50 hours of training to teach Cannabis enhanced classes and meditations. I’ve also studied with a Reiki mater and have received my Level II certificate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started practicing meditation back in 2017 after an injury that kept me in bed for a few months. As soon as I was healed from my injury, I took my very first yoga class to help build my strength back up in my body and in my mind. I quickly fell in love with meditation and yoga. The way that I felt after practicing was blissful. I knew that I wanted to help others also find their inner bliss and peace. Mindfulness has helped with my mental health as well. After being diagnosed with a mood disorder and trying many different ways to cope, I have found that mediation is one of the best practices for quieting my mind and coming back to the present moment.
