Welcome! My teaching focuses on my student's strengths and reasons for learning. I ensure that students are taught from a personalized curriculum that brings them closer to their goals. I have an RYT 200 yoga instructor certification that I obtained at Tru Fusion Las Vegas where I have been teaching yoga for the last 2 years , I am also a trained jazz/contemporary dancer with years of experience. I love teaching yoga because it not only helps me connect students to their body but their mind and soul. Online class ( typically via Zoom) is $50per class Private class is $65 per class Please ask for group class prices

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have a phone consultation first to go over your needs/concerns and work out the pest program/class for your personal needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started teaching yoga at Tru Fusion in 2021 and been teaching it there ever since as well as transitioning to teaching one on one classes.

I have worked with both beginners and more intermediate/advanced students as well as students of different backgrounds and ages.
