Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing reflects the time, care, and personalization I bring to each session. I offer private sessions at different rates depending on whether I travel to you, you come to me, or we meet virtually. A travel fee applies for in-home sessions, based on distance. I also offer discounted packages for clients who book multiple sessions in advance, which many find helpful for building consistency and momentum. All sessions are customized and include time for check-in, practice, and any follow-up support you need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, trained under some of the most respected and experienced teachers in the field. My training covered a wide range of specialties—from vinyasa and restorative to alignment, anatomy, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and trauma-informed practices. I’m also certified in CPR and First Aid, so safety is always a top priority in my sessions. I continue to study and evolve my practice so I can bring the most thoughtful, well-rounded guidance to every student I work with.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I came to yoga after a serious car accident left me with injuries that traditional rehab couldn’t fully heal. My body needed a different kind of recovery—one that was both gentle and empowering. Around the same time, I was also coping with deep emotional loss. Yoga became a lifeline—not just for my physical healing, but for my mental and emotional resilience. What started as a way to feel better in my body became a daily practice that helped me rebuild from the inside out. Teaching was a natural next step—I wanted to share these tools with others and help them find the same kind of wholeness and strength, no matter what they’re carrying.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients—from complete beginners to advanced yogis, from people recovering from injury or surgery to those navigating anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions. I’ve taught athletes, seniors, corporate professionals, new moms, couples, teens, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite recent experiences was working with a bride-to-be and her close friends for a private yoga and meditation session the morning of her wedding. She wanted to feel grounded, centered, and connected before walking down the aisle—and to share that energy with her group. I designed a calming flow with breathwork, gentle movement, and a short guided meditation focused on gratitude and presence. We also added a bit of meditation for grounding energy. It was a one-time 90-minute session, but we spent about a week planning it together to make sure it felt really special and aligned with what she needed. Everyone left glowing—and so did I.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for someone who truly listens to you. The right teacher will take time to understand your goals, your body, and your emotional or energetic needs—not just lead you through a generic flow. Check their credentials, but also trust your intuition: how do you feel when you’re with them? Supported? Seen? Empowered? That matters more than any fancy pose or trendy style. Ask if they tailor sessions to you, and don’t be afraid to ask questions—this is your healing space. The best fit is someone who meets you where you are and helps you grow from there.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before we connect, it helps if you reflect on what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. Are you looking for physical strength or flexibility? Stress relief? Emotional healing? Do you have any injuries, chronic pain, or past experiences that might affect your practice? Also consider: Do you prefer a slower, gentler approach or a more dynamic practice? Are you open to incorporating meditation, or do you want to stick to movement? What days and times work best for your schedule? You don’t need to have all the answers—that’s what I’m here for—but thinking about these can help us create a more powerful and personalized experience from day one.
