Introduction
I created Realign Within Yoga for you. I want to help people realign physically, mentally, and emotionally within themselves . I took a class in 2016 that allowed me to do that and it inspired me to learn more and naturally I want to share what I've learned. Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.
