Can't touch your toes? You don't need to do so to practice yoga with me! Wherever you are in your yoga practice I am here to guide you with intention, compassion, and fun! I offer one-on-one as well as group sessions. Planning a bachelorette, birthday or cooperate event? I'd love to create custom flow for your group based on fitness levels and goals. Classes can vary from a nice stretch to a heart pumping flow. We'll start where you are in your yoga journey, even if you've never taken a class before. Being a beginner is great! It means you haven't developed any bad habits students tend to pick up going to a group class. I would know, I showed up to teacher training with my fair share!
