I use my own interpretation of these modalities combined with crystals/minerals, aromatherapy, and sound healing to provide an immersive healing experience that opens energetic channels and removes blockages. This causes the energy in the body to flow freely and effectively, alleviating feelings of stress and stagnation that can cause many issues that manifest both physically and mentally. By no means is this meant to replace traditional medical treatment, nor is it a cure for anything. It is a complementary therapy that can increase healing time and allow traditional medicine modalities to work with ease.

Hey, I'm Hannah and I consider myself a blue collar yogi. Yoga is for everyone. I know magazines may make it seem like the path to enlightenment is being able to kiss your own butt, I promise that's not the case. If you are aware of your breath, you are practicing yoga; the splits are cool too, but not necessary. I have been practicing yoga for sixteen years and started teaching in 2012. I believe yoga should be FUN. I do my best to incorporate mindfulness, body awareness, and fitness, while always remembering to keep the play. A teacher once said, "How you get to where you want to go, determines the results you'll get once you're there." Yoga means union, of mind, body and breath. It's not so much how the posture looks, but how you experience the pose in your body. I really encourage my students to listen to their body, less is more, our intention in our practice can be just as influential as the practice itself. There are so many benefits to a yoga practice, flexibility (in body and mind), strength, reduce stress, creating a self care routine, etc. I'm here to support you virtually or in person, I also lead group classes and special events. I love working with beginners and intermediates, as well as advanced practitioners looking to return to the basics.
