Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My private yoga sessions start at $125 per session. Pricing may vary depending on group size and specific needs. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. For in-person sessions, there is a $0.50 per mile travel fee. Feel free to reach out with details about your needs, and I’d be happy to provide a customized quote!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I begin with a free consultation to understand your goals, experience level, and any special needs or concerns. From there, I create a customized plan tailored to your preferences, whether it’s improving flexibility, relieving stress, or deepening your yoga practice. For corporate clients, I provide structured programs to suit workplace wellness goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor (200 hours) with additional training in face yoga, restorative yoga, stand-up paddle board yoga, and corporate yoga.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Yoga became my personal escape from stress and sore muscles, helping me reconnect with myself both physically and mentally. I became a certified instructor in January 2015 to share this powerful practice with others. My passion is guiding beginners and busy professionals toward self-care and balance through yoga.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with beginners, professionals with busy schedules, individuals seeking stress relief, and those looking to improve flexibility and mobility. I also specialize in corporate wellness, helping companies integrate yoga into their workplace for better productivity and well-being.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for an instructor who understands your unique needs and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a specialized practice, working with someone who listens and tailors the sessions to you makes all the difference.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What are my main goals? (Flexibility, relaxation, strength, stress relief?) * Do I prefer in-person or virtual sessions? * How often do I want to practice? * Do I have any injuries or physical limitations? * For corporate yoga: What wellness goals does my company want to achieve?
